how bad can your negotiations be that you are losing your best players for example, (LEV, GEN.G, FNC, LOUD, Liquid, NAVI, DRX) all of these teams lost their best players or some above average players

same reason why teams in big sports lose their franchise players. Dislike, Goals, Salary, Time, Personal Reasons, etc.
It's still a job at the end of the day. Might as well get the bag if you have the opportunity.
how hard is it to please someone who just hoops? how hard is it to please someone who just pitches? how hard is it to please someone who kicks or throws footballs?
drx honestly won this offseason witht the best possible kr roster(wrt firepower) +navi decided to disband
So basically, from what i’ve heard, DRX did offer BuZz a massive contract however, the case wasn’t money with BuZz, he just wanted to try something new.
Liquid fan here. None of the players we lost in the off season were "our best or above average"
You can’t make everybody happy…also a lot of esports orgs aren’t running at a net positive across the board so when players make demands salary and bonus wise if you can’t keep up you have no other option but to let ‘em go…
Some players want to play with others or try something new pr move to a diff region or go back home if they were an import previously
There’s also behind the scenes stuff, personal stuff that hits closer to home
The player can also decide on a whim to not stick around
Etc
