I don't know the rules for GC, but is there a rule where it says the player is "NB/Trans/Female" on their Passports or Citizenship to allow them to play on GC?

If not, wouldn't this be appropriate so that there's less confusion for everyone. Just a thought.

Cause SR win, the woke NA fans will overreact like SR or flor should be in tier 2 or tier 1

nope, pretty sure its because riot wants to avoid a "discrimination" thing from someone who cant come out as trans to their community (really common actually) not being able to play even though they personally identify as otherwise

No need for those rules to exist in EMEA/Pacific/China, but for americas....

prolly because transphobia is a much bigger thing in those regions significantly reducing the population of possible players

those regions have very little issue with traditional beliefs who can/should compete, americas have these "freedom" technicalities.

is the argument that people shouldn't have the right to do what they want with themselves...

people can have the right etc (each to their own), its just americas specifically the entitlement to want 'newer recent' things to be normalised is crazy. I always prefer peacefully coexist instead of pushing things to be publicly accepted normalised.

transphobic fucks, says live and let live, trans people aren't living then? what harm do they do to you? they're just living, "don't try to normalise the abnormal" transgenderism has always been normal since long ago, fuck off expected from the chinese mfs

peaceful coexistence is letting people be free, you are scared of change and cannot accept something different from your views, weak fucker

Valorant uses metric system as unit measurement so thats a positive.

you just hate america it seems, probably chinese, infected with the oh country my country virus, I would say heinous things now but I would get banned
fwiw i think metric system is better and america sucks for using fucking inches and shit, I am open to change most of you fuckers remain the same throughout their shit lives and die meaningless

all this would do is make it harder for those who haven't been able to officially transition to play unfortunately
i get the reasoning as a fix to stop those who play whilst not actually identifying as a marginalised gender, but the side effect of stopping those who haven't been able to change their documents isn't worth it

All GC players go through AnyKey verification prior to gaining eligibility to play

AnyKey acts as a monitor of this phenomena as passports and legally changing one’s gender is incredibly difficult (from personal experience) and can take months or even years in some cases depending on the state/country
