i mean i 100% agree with your take, but you have to remember the type of community that valorant is and the types of players that it attracts. a lot of valorant fans dont come from the cs community so they see this type of thing as very offensive. im not defending him here but at the same time the broadcast could have done a better job about the live listen ins and people should be well aware how gamers talk in game.
probably bc they're worried that this will hurt the sen reputation or idk bring more fans in the sen community who are fine with that kind of language. but yeah raging is basically an essential part of the game and even if you watch back the round when it happened you can see why he reacted the way that the did. but yeah i think that its just sen fans who hate that word and find it very offensive and dont care how good he may be.
