So is Boom now a permanent member of franchising?? Or is there now 3 ascension spots in APAC??

They should get a "guest slot", the one that bleed had.
Which means keeping their spot depends on their performance next year.

I'm assuming they replace BLEED directly as a temporary 1 year slot, all ascended teams from 2025 season only have 1 guaranteed year but can remain in the league if their placements in tournaments are good
