So from earlier leaks we can see Hyunmin in DRX (he can speak English Fluent)
for Roles his VLR doesnt speak much (but his tracker he plays Init casually)

Aspas Eng+Duelist

BuzZ flex good on every agent GOAT
Mako (IGL+controller fix)
FlashBack (Senti)

Only one ques can BuzZ, Flash, Mako comm in Eng ?

I would think Aspas rather live in Korea instead of Singapore, need to take that also into consideration.
