I think art always played controller so getting Aace to dfm seems odd, zeta has sugarzero so it's hard to see aace gets signed unless sugarzero actually falls asleep for the whole year.

Yatsuka is definitely going to zeta imo. Zeta really needs a sentinel player rn after they kicked hiroronn out ( a silly move I might add).

Syouta only played Cypher as sentinels ( cmiiw) so there might be a possibility where yatsuka gets picked over him, but I don't think syouta is likely to replace anyone on dfm

I don't think it's too big a problem that SyouTa doesn't play much Killjoy, considering G2 went basically the whole year without playing him (plus SyouTa can play Viper on maps that need a Killjoy, like Icebox or Pearl)

I would take Aace over him ngl.
DFM current roster looks like this:
Meiy, Art, Akame, Jinboong and gyen. Trialing one of the Riddle players over gyen wouldn't be bad. They also shouldn't have comms issues since Akame was literally igling in Japanese and Sengoku also only did comms in Japanese with Jinboong.

How good is akame's igling ? Is it better than art's or art is better?

If akame is actually better than art in terms of igling then maybe they might replace him over Aace on dfm

art is definitely the better igl. Akame is like an ace of all trades but a master of none, you can basically make him play every role and he will do really good on them but he can player better individually when he doesn't need to igl. Also Akame has experience with Art being his igl previously on Jadeite, they kinda were the SPG of last year but fell apart in the last crucial moment due to internal issues in the team.

Akame really misses the jadeite roster, so I never know they had problems. Izu too seems very grateful to this roster

it could be art, he also got kicked from Crest even tho that roster looked insane on paper.
He is still a very good igl, probably the best Japanese igl rn as long as no fight happens.

Maybe you can get some of them but they should not be together imo, c310 made me realize that they can't close the map when seoldam and joxjo are sleeping.

Maybe if one of the players go to zeta or dfm and having them gradually develop there might be a better choice, but that's too risky. They need their seniors to help them imo.
I think zeta actually saved 3 of them from their stocks plummeting even lower 😅

Ultimately they need more time .

it is a hard call to make but the roster of ZETA and even DFM would look so good if it doesn't change rn and getting more than one Riddle player definitely can fuck that up. I wouldn't mind if both teams pick up one of those youngsters but I can definitely see them fail like Yuran and Hiro if they can't deal with the pressure.

Yuran might be too inexperienced for tier1 , but hiroronn's problems are definitely not just pressure.

Also tbh yeah, I'm not so keen on changing anything now.

they definitely got done dirty with Ascension being this late in the season. Aace, Caedye and Yatsuka have talent and potential for tier1 but they also had the best igl and coach in tier2 it kinda takes away from their individual prowess. I definitely can and hope to see them in like a 2026 Japanese tier1 roster when they prove themselves again.
