No. There have been no rumors surrounding him and emea atm.

Not only is he an IGL (gl getting into t1 as a t2 IGL in emea) but CN ascension just ended far too late.
Pretty much no ascension player will be getting signed to t1 unless they were already in talks before and/or during the ascension run.
Since we havent heard anything surrounding him before its highly unlikely that an org would scrap all their plans to sign and build a roster around him.

Zivuan from CCG is scrimming with FPX, I haven't heard anything about any other CN Ascension player being rumored for t1.

the IGL needs to be the first piece of a project for it to work, messing around with it is usually a bad idea imo. I think if Kristal doesn't get it in in APAC he should come to EMEA tier 2 and he'll def get in next year
