Guys how many weeks do u guys take to increase the weight, i usually take 2 weeks to go to the next weight but i feel i can do it faster as i do push, pull mostly skipped leg days, so i hit each part 2 times a week. what do u suggest let it be or stop being a pussy and try better

there's no time frame cause everyone at different parts of their gym journey is gonna increase/decrease in weight differently

so just make sure your form is still good and you can reach failure

Start by increasing reps before u increase weights
Generally if u can hit 10-12 reps without reaching failure u should move on to the next weight

^ 10-12 reps for 3ish or so sets is what I aim for before advancing weights
