ngl i am very confused once again and i just need an answer
why are players under 18 allowed to play in the regionals/ascension but not in the franchise
i am very serious i haven't read the rules so i have no idea

since vct americas is located in LA they would have extremely strict child labor laws which would restrict a riot a lot,

so as a basis they probably did the same for all leagues to make it fair.

Not exactly sure about Berlin or Seoul but my guess is probably the same

in fact on la there is no rules, but seoul does have them, your comment is right but because of a different place

i imagine if thats the case for LA riot would want to keep the same pattern for every region then

minors also have a lot of extra bureaucracy for getting visas and for living in another country, it makes sense that riot prefers to avoid dealing with it
