ngl i am very confused once again and i just need an answer
why are players under 18 allowed to play in the regionals/ascension but not in the franchise
i am very serious i haven't read the rules so i have no idea

since vct americas is located in LA they would have extremely strict child labor laws which would restrict a riot a lot,

so as a basis they probably did the same for all leagues to make it fair.

Not exactly sure about Berlin or Seoul but my guess is probably the same

minors also have a lot of extra bureaucracy for getting visas and for living in another country, it makes sense that riot prefers to avoid dealing with it
