It's not that korean players are leaving vcj , it's more of notable korean players are leaving vcj, now the korean players are unknown players like flora, ady and jaxe etc.

Also if T1 keeps up with this it might be good in the short run, but this is bad for the long run, the concept of academy team is you nurture young players with potential turning them into a good player ready to replace the existing team.
