They’re actually killing everyone but lowkey in my heart I just can’t them as title contenders/the best team

I acknowledge they’re good and all, but if future pickems happen my instinct will always go be for them to bomb out before reaching the finals.

Maybe it’s just me but anyone else?

Maybe cause I’ve always disregarded their region that it’s hard to picture a team from there killing it

It might just be that they’re a 1 team region ATM

I would discredit them, why not?

I think it’s worse to give them credit for beating a good team once and then bombing out of group stages.

It’s basically like saying not bad for a chinese team…which is kinda hypocritical of me but whatever looool

in my mind i think it's because they've only faced the inconsistent teams during champs, even if it's extreme cope at this point i honestly just feel like they've just caught each team at the worst times and they are still only as good as when they lost to G2...

if they'd beaten a team like TH, FNATIC, or DRX i think my mind would change, since even though DRX and FNATIC are arguably worse than the teams EDG has faced they're at least somewhat consistent

aspas is goated but even then i still feel the same way about lev, maybe it’s because their OT wins make me look down on them more lol, or the fact they lost to fut who fluked their way to 6th place in shanghai, but lev don’t seem as scary as people think, while TH on the other hand feels more like a team than anyone else in this tourney and they proved it

i think edg with time, in internationals will prove themselves more even if it means not winning a trophy but making close placements

i think the reason you consider EDG the way you do is because most of their wins aren’t “dominant”

The reason is probably most of their games were close, and the thing is, I honestly believe this champs any team could have reached finals, every team looked strong in games. It was more of a mental thing this champs.
