Elma is a more experienced and imo, better coach than boaster could be. Getting rid of Elma would be a massive mistake, like letting go of derke/alfa. Maybe not as big, but still, a massive error in managing a team.

If you had said this about Mini, I would have agreed, but Elma didn't prove anything in the one year he got. Fnatic was worse this year than in 2023.

They had a limited map pool while having to swap roles around because of leo being gone. He was pivotal to their success, def not elma's fault working with what they had.

its very easy to say this but first there has to be a fragging IGL good enaugh, as much as people love to hate on boaster u lose a leader/a strategist and a hypeman.

the scoreboard stevens out here dont know how the dymanic changes when a person like this is removed.

u could just end up doing the same as NRG and end up with Boaster(FNS) 1 year later

personally i would like to have another run as the original 5!

My biggest issue with the team has not been the players but the way they kept hammering in lotus as their "Comfort map", without really working on it, also they look so insanely rattled on it this champs whenever there was even a slight pushback.

i would rather see them lose on any other 3rd map vs sentinels.

Losing leo definitely made them mortal, not because hiro didn't do a great job standing in, but because of roles. This ended up affecting their map pool a lot imo, even their best map, Haven, was a more 'PUGish' of a comp than ones they ran when leo was on the team. Can't blame them with time constructions either.

It would depend on what fnatic wants to be as an org, boaster has a lot of fans and they are making LANS, he´s a solid igl and with a godly run they could keep adding trophies with this lineup, if they want to secure top 3 in LANS i agree they have to drop boaster (or he needs to shoot back) but for better or for worse he´s going out with a lot of the team identity.

I don't think that's the problem, boaster is one of the better igls dude but this year this team has been hella inconsistent I saw them beat G2 like a punching bag and I knew it wasn't gonna be the same for sen
