You can do dickups. Here is how you do them:
1: Watch prn till it's up.
2: Stop p
rn till it's down.

  1. Repeat the above steps.

I generally do 5 reps everyday with 2 sets each.
Maybe try adding some weight.

Been going to gym for about 10 months. Let me give you some advice. Stay consistent. Go atleast 4 or 5 days. Eat clean. Try to cheat max 2 meals in a week. Weightlifting before cardio and weightlifting more important. U may not see much progress but u have to keep at it. Results will show up gradually. And don't keep unrealistic expectations seeing insta models

thanks bro! I plan on going every day (not for weights every day). staying consistent with meals is the hardest part tbh. especially when trying to get enough protein in per day
