Been going to gym for about 10 months. Let me give you some advice. Stay consistent. Go atleast 4 or 5 days. Eat clean. Try to cheat max 2 meals in a week. Weightlifting before cardio and weightlifting more important. U may not see much progress but u have to keep at it. Results will show up gradually. And don't keep unrealistic expectations seeing insta models

Stop crying over single elimination in regional semis. In most sports there is no double elimination. So just STFU and watch the tournament if you are interested.
