Been going to gym for about 10 months. Let me give you some advice. Stay consistent. Go atleast 4 or 5 days. Eat clean. Try to cheat max 2 meals in a week. Weightlifting before cardio and weightlifting more important. U may not see much progress but u have to keep at it. Results will show up gradually. And don't keep unrealistic expectations seeing insta models
