Pick a team (preferably the one you want to win) each round they win do 1 push up, for every round played do 1 sit up.
Ex: person pics Sen 5,7 7 push-ups 12 sit ups
just run 10 miles every day
I do that too, I’m trying to go into afrotc and as a Xc and track runner I’m not the strongest person, and val players aren’t either
