About new ascension up&down

So, starting 2025, if an ascended team do not make play-offs they go back at the bottom of T2, if they do make play-offs they start at ascension tournament, if they make it to champs they stay in the league for one additionnal year, but the team are capped at 12, so what happens when both ascended teams get to champs ?

The team that placed higher in champs will stay in the league while the other one is relegated to ascension.

Correction: the team with the lower placement will still get a chance to avoid relegation by playing against the ascension winners of their region for the spot
