I get that these are serious allegations but was there legit not a better time to talk about this, hes in the biggest tournament of the year, could've said it any other time

that is the reason. I'm not saying any of this is true because I know nothing, but if my abuser was about to partake in the biggest achievement of their life I would want to ruin their life in as public of a way no? Like you don't get to abuse me and be a pos and then go on stage at VCT.
Again I know nothing is confirmed that is just the answer.
It honestly ruins her credibility though IMO. It's not like the abuse just started according to her, and it's not like they are together right now, they've been apart for a long time as far as I can tell. So why did she wait until just a few days before LEV play for qualification to playoffs--basically potentially her last time to bring this up while they are competing this year? This is extraordinary timing for it to be random, if she genuinely cared about justice she would have posted this much sooner. Sounds to me like it was a toxic relationship and now she's being petty and can't stand to see him have any international success, so she's exaggerating and claiming abuse.
Obviously though, no point in making assumptions so it's all one giant question mark at this time. Hopefully it doesn't impact LEV's performance at Champs again.
Like I said I know nothing about this current situation, I'm speaking from me or any other abuse victim. Some victims wait until they get the courage to speak out, some don't want "Justice" they want revenge or they think that them having their abusers life ruined IS justice since that abuser ruined their life.
