Yes really, if they want to then they can really screw them up under Korean defamation laws. It's not like they don't have the capabilities to sue someone from overseas. It's just that it's a hassle and they only do it to set an example.
Plenty of overseas people who slandered Kpop idols have been punished in the past. It doesn't happen all the time but you better pray that the company doesn't feel like setting an example that day and chooses you.
This is a first time incident like this for DRX, they won't be (at least I'm hoping) pulling any punches.
