1) Gambit- Best team in the world, won convincingly at Berlin. Does have a disadvantage when it comes being studied by other teams but I believe that Gambit wont be outdated like Sentinels was at Berlin and make some changes to stay ahead of the opponents.
2) Envy- Hardest position to decide but had to settle with NV, very convincing showing at Berlin and a lot of people will say they overperformed at Berlin but they didnt lose a single map till the grand finals and Yay might only get better from now. Also looking like a pretty strong LAN team
3) Vision Strikers- Played well at Berlin but lost to eventual winners, their bind does look pretty weak but I think they should either give Lakia more maps or just bench him, there is no point in giving a guy just 1 map only ruins team synergy and chemistry
4) SentinLs- Still a pretty strong team, can make changes in their comps now to do well in Berlin. Also I think they will work harder than they did last time.
5) Team Liquid- Won LCQ without losing a single game, look pretty strong in my opinion and Nivera only gets better from here, also their previous LAN experience should help them, placing them any higher would be a Liquid bias so I think 5th is good enough for now
6) Acend- Best operator player in the world, should work on team play better but I think they will work on improving their strats in the time they have and their prior LAN experience will be pretty good for them, clearly looked nervous last LAN
7) C9B- Vanity buff, looking good #C9WIN
8) KRU- Played pretty decently at Berlin, I think they are the best team from South America
9) Full Sense - Winners of LCQ in APAC region, JohnOlsen and PTC are reallllyyyyyyy good
10) Fnatic - Hard to rate Fnatic here but they havent played in a really long time and their performances post Berlin are actually pretty bad, did shambolic at redbull hg against Liquid. Hate to put them this low
11) Vivo Keyd- Heat is a really good Jett player and recently happened to sign mwzera who most people consider to be the best player in Brazil.
12) Crazy Racoons- Their third LAN, wouldnt be too shocked if this was their redemption arc
13) Furia- Did win LCQ pretty convincingly, thrashing Australs in the Finals
14) Vikings- Havent seen them play in a long time but got destroyed in Berlin qualifiers so yeah
15) Team Secret- Looked pretty bad in post Berlin tournaments
16) X10- Bombed out of Berlin qualifiers, their star player patiphan hasnt played in ages, I think that might hurt their chances at Champions
Envy haven't played in officials since forever, and it's impossible to scrim properly in NA because most teams are just chilling till next season begins
Acend been grinding every tier2 tournament since that devastating 100T loss and constantly playing against the best, I believe they will come strong into Berlin
The year is 3129 and hiyo is still dreaming, he has been dreaming since Nov 2021, his family is dead and the human race is on the brink of extinction. "HIYO, hiyo hiy.. hi. h........" shouted his great great grandson in one final effort to wake his dreaming great great grandfather, but he fails. hiyo is gone, the universe has transformed into his eternal dreaming. All I know is Sentinels, Vision Strikers, KRÜ, Vikings, Vivo Keyd and Envy will be in a bad situation in this Champions. Thanks Riot for closing the circuit and leaving top teams from American Continent without calendar to keep the form. FURIA and C9 will be okay, they just played a lot of matches and the LCQ recently, but hard to know if they can make any oposition to europeans. It doesn't matter what you say, scrims are just scrims, you can't keep yourself in the highest level without tournaments and competitive matches.
No doubt Gambit, Liquid, Fnatic and Acend will probably be the top 4.
there is nsg in NA, NA teams going to champions are just not playing because they dont want to show anything and most likely not scrimming eachother, they are potential rivals, its not like they arent tournaments lol, dont know for brazil but playing tournaments in brazil is a dogshit decision, they wont practice anything, they should get to Europe as soon as possible and practice against european teams and maybe play some small tournament for practice, there are some decent t2-2.5 tournaments going on rn in europe
lmao, are you serious? scrims are just scrims, Vikings destroyed most of t1 teams in scrims before masters 1 and still they were just average in Iceland. It meant nothing, you can't compare scrims with real matches. Even they don't show their tactics, keep playing competitive matches are the best way to maintain your form. What makes you believe is better play in tier 2 EU than in tier 1 BR? Sorry bro, but you are blind if you think t2 EU teams are in the same level as Vikings, Vivo Keyd and KRÜ. Tier 2 EU can't even scratch tier 1 EU, the gap is really huge (just like in NA and BR, tier 2 is far below) so it makes no sense for them.
doesnt matter if its only scrims lmao, and tier1.5-2 can easily beat top brazilian teams atm, they are just so behind its fucking sad, and even if its only scrims here in europe every1 takes them serious not like in brazil where every1 just runs it down like idiots, they also need to play against the best players which are in europe and north america, its not the same playing against some 27yo brazilian excsgopro who is just stealing paychecks in valorant than playing against top eu/na players and same applies for teams, even if they play tournaments against brazil teams they are so bad they wont improve, if they want to improve they need to play and prac against the best or just play scrims against local teams 20h a day to compensate for the lack of level and try to get ahead on the meta
