Imo Turkey and the US would have the hardest jobs by far, other powerhouse countries like Brazil and South Korea have just as much talent, but a much more clear cut top 5-7 to choose from, while Turkey and the US have much more parity among their top talent

PH don't have a good duelist (jr0my's oping is shit). WE DON'T KNOW IF FUCKING PATRICKWATSON IS TIER 1 READY

and also they are probably just gonna be shit even with an IGL who can keep up the calls. invy's heroic plays will be easily countered (notabke example is Jemkin's OT ace and ban's 1v5 ace)

They are just gonna field the current Shitcret roster and hope to god they actually pull off huge upsets (won't happen ROFLOL)
