is there any pattern to assign groups or are they just random with like Seed #1, #2, #3 and #4 from whichever regions?

I know, I meant like for example, EMEA #1 seed already having a group they will go to regardless of result and such, or if it's random draw
yeah only requirement is a seed from every region and im pretty sure groups are randomly drawn after americas final on the broadcast
