Nah I could 100% from an unbiased view that Indian cuisine is #1 but this is MY top 5 and Japanese cuisine does something to me I cant describe. It makes me feel things I could only describe as horny. That isn't even bait bro I swear to god like I'm not even memeing I am in love with Japanese cuisine.
2/8 starting off your bait career a little weak but you'll get there I promise you.
My hot take is that Chinese food is mad overrated
Spanish food fucks hard
My top 5 any order:
Korean
Filipino
African-American (Soul Food)
Mexican
Vietnamese (Pho is carrying but I have been obsessed with it my whole life)
Literally all of these that aren't in my top 5 are in my top 10. I had a hard time keeping any of these off my list. I love food
My top 5 would be the exact same countries but just in a slightly diff order
Puerto Rican (100% unbiased)
Indian
Arab
Portuguese (also unbiased trust)
Korean
(im from pr js dont got the flag also most ppl from pr are Spanish and Portuguese )
If there is no Mediterranean country in a cuisine list, that list is garbage.
As an Indian, the foreigners(including CanadaMan) only know about butter chicken, Biryani or naan. Tbh, India is so huge that you have variety of dishes across the countryside. Well in my regional area, we prefer less masala foods or foods with less spices cause our ancestor grew up with almost SEA culture(such as my dressing custom or language). As a guy who is actually from a totally isolated area of my country apart from Mainland India, I grew eating up indigenous foods from my local region such as (making chicken/pork inside a bamboo stick), (silkworm stir fry/ant eggs with actual eggs 💀🗿), with plenty amount of rice along with a ghost pepper pickle/ bamboo shoot. I will actually rate Indian food in 3rd position if CanadaMan really meant with butter chicken, curry or naan.
I have never been to India, I can only rate it on what I've eaten and what I have eaten is Indian food from Indian restaurants that are owned by Indian people. Canada has a lot of Indian people and a lot of them have been kind enough to share their culture and their amazing food.
