i dont drink coffee or tea. I try not to drink anything with too much caffeine. I'll probably just walk to the convenience store and get like a mountain dew or sum
(I treat Mountain Dew as an energy drink and only have like 1 or 2 a week)
Just hold it, don't sleep. At some point, you will stop feeling sleepy and feel more energetic albeit mentally draining you. trust me I had this everytime at school
