In a team, who usually does the scouting ?

Is that a separate job or package deal(coach+scout)?
it depends on the org's structure
some orgs have a separate job, for just the scouts - Team Spirit and Aurora Gaming (in CS and Dota)
some orgs combine scouting responsibilities with their coaching job
sometimes even managers scout the players for their team
they have some intern look up competitive rank rating
depends on the team coaches, players and managers have all done coaching in tier 1 Most common is probably coach but I dont think we really have public info on who does it for most teams
