In a team, who usually does the scouting ?

Is that a separate job or package deal(coach+scout)?

they have some intern look up competitive rank rating

depends on the team
coaches, players and managers have all done coaching in tier 1
Most common is probably coach but I dont think we really have public info on who does it for most teams

it depends on the org's structure

some orgs have a separate job, for just the scouts - Team Spirit and Aurora Gaming (in CS and Dota)

some orgs combine scouting responsibilities with their coaching job

sometimes even managers scout the players for their team
