Ah I remember Max when he was on my college team. Lil bro could barely aim when I first met him. Showed him a few tricks and he picked them up pretty fast. I knew he was going to be special. I actually had a connection with EG and that's how I got him on the team. Pretty cool guy.
He was pretty annoying back in the days(as he should've since everyone doubted them) but now he's kinda likeable. He's a lot nicer than before.
I don't think he was annoying, I think people are heavily overreacting. If you watched his streams before, during and after his Champs win he genuinely was always a very kind teammate and great to his chat. He had an ego, but he was never toxic about it. He said he was the best, and at the time he was. Everyone was toxic and made fun of him and he never really snapped besides telling the haters to shut up once he won Champs. He's always been a likeable guy he just got a ton of hate after he started falling off because they took him saying "I'm the best player in the world (at the time)" as him saying he's aspas and will dominate the game for the next 4 years.
Idk the whole shit talk thing was pretty annoying to me since he was new and didn't win shit at that point but then he proved us all wrong and backed his shit talk so fair play on him. I respected him much more after his Tokyo run. Now he seems much more humble than before and I actually like watching his streams here and there.
out of all the NA teams, eg roster was one of the few I actually liked. they actually backed up their shit talk and were humble when lost. their run was crazy. not the high ego NRG dudes or the fluke SEN winners altho those guys are humble, the fanbase is so cringe.
Demon1 is great player, just needs a system again.

Good player but needs to be comfortable on his team
His trash talk feels forced imo but it’s still more entertaining than ‘having the personality of a chair’ so I’m here for it
