You also have to include timezones, NA is 12 hours off JP and KR so you'll get only one region's viewership proper

Acend/TL vs KR/JP team OR
Acend/TL vs SEN should bring max viewership since Acend has Turkish fanbase and the timezones are not impossibly apart
