do it swiss system just like cs (3-0) as first seed. teams who gets three wins go to playoffs

Another possibility is to give s a by to 4 top seed then after 3 round you've got :

2 teams with 3 win (they play a game the winner go in direct grandfinal the looser go in looser bracket)
5 teams with 2 win (They go directly in looser bracket)
4 teams with 1 win (They play each other for the 2 remaining place in looser)
1 team with 0 win (Crowned "Worst team")

Still another possibility with same swiss round the only thing that change is decider game :

2 teams with 3 win (Qualified)
5 teams with 2 win (Qualified)
4 teams with 1 win (play 2 games for remaining spot)
1 team with 0 win (Crowned "Worst team")
