How is China set up

For example, orgs from the other 3 regions represent one country like drx is Korean and nrg is American, but how does it work in China, do the orgs represent different regions?

No all orgs just represent China as a whole.
In terms of representing a region/city i've yet to see any team focus on that so far, although i might be wrong.

No there are no region representations.

nah everyones literally based in shanghai lmfao. just people come from mainland taiwan, hongkong and each team sometimes have 1 import.
however there are vast difference in regions in dilects and regional cultures as china's history's constant civil strife and the silk road lead to alot of different cultural variation

So all orgs could be Shanghai based and no one has complaints

theres taiwan, hong kong there as well

That's cause Americas, EMEA, Pacific are made up of multiple countries. China is one country

ignore all those people above me, they dont know anything about China. But some of the team do represent regions for example EDG represent the Kingdom of Shu, the rightful claimant over China, FPX represent Wu and their famed Sun clan. BliBli though on decline, represent the Cao Wei Northern plains. DRG is associated with the "Sleeping Dragon" Also of the Shu kingdom.
