How is China set up

For example, orgs from the other 3 regions represent one country like drx is Korean and nrg is American, but how does it work in China, do the orgs represent different regions?

No all orgs just represent China as a whole.
In terms of representing a region/city i've yet to see any team focus on that so far, although i might be wrong.

nah everyones literally based in shanghai lmfao. just people come from mainland taiwan, hongkong and each team sometimes have 1 import.
however there are vast difference in regions in dilects and regional cultures as china's history's constant civil strife and the silk road lead to alot of different cultural variation

Orgs can be from all around the country, though their Val divisions are usually based in Shanghai.

How strong is this association though?
With DRG they've been setting up watch parties primarily in Guangzhou for example.
DRG is also owned a Guangdong based company.
