cerave hands down. boots is alr for cheap stuff but pretty sure its UK only
yeah wouldnt recommend using cerave in the us, fine for the eu tho
all the other expensive brands ive tried fuck up my skin bad, cerave makes product that actually works
the eu version is actually fine tho, works for the majority but the us version has hazardous ingredients as far as i know

not too pricey. can be found at the drugstore. same with la roche posay. it’s pricier but worth it if it’s going on your skin.
