He's 1300 or 1400 rr peak+he's 16 so he didn't have chance to play even in tier 2 before due to age.
He's not Cheating, you can see the real talent in his Twitter clips, just a really good player.
sayonara and primmie are the two talents that i think can be legit world contenders. need to see both in franchising
