order was meant to be our representation however they went bankrupt and riot didnt trust any other oceanic org to takeover (even PWR)
hard to find a solid source since it was quite a while ago, but the original vct pacfic plan was 1 slot for oce thats for sure. but if you look up dates for order bankrupcy and franchising it does link up

There’s literally autumn, Plixx and swerl in China, riot should just remove Oceania from apac and allow them to play in either region just to help grow the scene, like Hong Kong and Taiwan
