anyone has experience with this ? i bought it today to help with my stress and anxiety but i read somewhere that it might cause hairloss so im pretty scared to use it, anyone has experience with ashwagandha ksm-66?

Yes but both are used by junkies who want to get good at a certain thing that requires a lot of focus. And Adderall is a billion times better than the ass medicine when it comes to doing that.

well adderall of course is better than ashwagandha at helping people focus because ashwagandha is supposed to be for stress relief, not increasing focus like adderall.

OP didn't even mention anything about a lack of focus, stop waffling man

Asswagonda is constantly claimed to be able to increase focus. Adderall also relieves stress according to many users. They are both used for ADHD. Daddy Addy just clears.

I use it for a month now and have seen increase in testosterone due to less cortisol
And also stress leads to hairloss so a reduction of stress would prevent hair loss from stress

ashwagandha is not as hyped up as it's shown to be imo, i took it every day in 2023 and i genuinely didn't see a lot of those advertised changes

It's pretty common over here and ive been on it whether I like it or not for years (mom's can get pretty scary 🙄)

And as for its effectiveness it's does a bunch of stuff but it's effects are still disputed, i recommend u do your research instead of asking a valorant forum

While i do have hair loss, it's not cause of the drug I'll tell u that much

So if it's your hair ur worried abt, I'd rather u don't

But once again DO YOUR RESEARCH , ID RATHER CHOKE ON AN INFECTED DONG THAN ASK VLR OF ALL PLACES FOR MEDICAL ADVICE (asking for others subjective experience is fine tho, ig, as long as u realise it's subjective and needs to be taken with a grain of salt)
