Yes but both are used by junkies who want to get good at a certain thing that requires a lot of focus. And Adderall is a billion times better than the ass medicine when it comes to doing that.

well adderall of course is better than ashwagandha at helping people focus because ashwagandha is supposed to be for stress relief, not increasing focus like adderall.
