Might get mega downvoted for this but Potter wasn't responsible for EG's success in that short time frame. She was with a roster for two whole years before and didn't do anything, is with one now and they look horrible

You know who WAS responsible for that success? Zikz (100t's current Head Coach), man has a track record for elevating any team he goes to. EG's upward trajectory began only after that too. I m like 100% sure he is responsible for their Fracture Masterclass as well (the 10 men scrims helped too)

still I wouldn't discount that potter is a good coach. she has learned a lot since she started coaching, it's obvious from EG's match history how they slowly improved even with their '22 core (though too little too late sadly.)

Of course, her timeouts prove that she has some sense for the game. Unfortunately I don't think she is in the contender for "best itw" discussions when her short success is backed by so many other factors (Demon1, Zikz, 10-men in-house scrims etc.)
Highkey her skill as a Talent Scout might be her true calling though if all those were her ideas/decisions

I find it more likely that having an extra team to scrim with was the more impactful thing, zikz has been on 100T for a while and I'm not particularly impressed with their performance
