But thats kinda weird that Elma was on GenG and they were mid, he left and now they are literally on top.
He joined FNC when they were still one of the best teams in the world, and now they are mid.

Do you think he is the problem or just coincidance?

many people will not believe me when I say this but genuinely I think elmapuddy is a good coach
you can watch the videos, he's working with what he has. fnatic has looked extremely unmotivated and still do. they dont even want to win anything.
in Gen.G he was working with significantly lesser pieces than what they're working with now

i agree with you he might be the problem as he hasn't proved himself on any team but maybe fnc need more time and he might show himself worthy

Elma maybe mid, but the players forms are also off. I said that a great part of FNCs dominance last year was just the individual form they had last year, where even if they were countered, they'd just aim diff, but its not happening right now and they need it

they had extensive trials and Mini specifically chose him to replace him, so no, he is not a bad coach, the team had a bad game against imo, the best emea team

also GenG have a completely new roster, only one player stayed so you cant use that argument
