Holy guys I'm gonna spread some positivity today, my skin is clearer than ever (I was suffering from severe acne couple of months back) it was sunny today but I could still wear a hoodie without being too hot. Was outside w my brother, shit was nice man.

for most guys if you don’t have any serious skin issues you can keep it pretty simple. moisturizer, sunscreen, and cleanser is really all you need for a basic setup

if you care a little more retinol is worth it but those three are good enough to keep your skin healthy

pretty simple but my skin is pretty good

something that sounds weird but helps me at least is aloe vera, i have combo oily/dry skin and i cut a little piece off a leaf each day after a shower and spread the gel over my face, really keeps acne away

basically the same thing yeah, only thing is most of those have really low spf levels so you gotta think about if you need more based on the conditions

if i know im gonna be in the sun for a long time i try to go higher but my general use is also 30

real shit my skin also is a lot more clear it looks spotless from a bit far away but if u look closely there are still bumps.. feels really good. gonna study for a while and head to bed its already getting late fuck thermodynamics
