Non-Binaries come!!!

How do you guys feel about the clove situation? Do you guys feel represented? Was it necessary?
I am an Indian, when Harbour was released, " Indian character huh? Nice" was my reaction. I didn't feel represented or felt the need to. But everyone is different, What do you guys think and also while you are at it please educate us/me on the non-binary thing.
