I think tenz omen flash is probably best in the world
its amazing how they utilize his flash even in eco /trap plays his flash get so much value they play around his flash in lot of rounds
gotta give kaplan lot of credit he really transformed him
I used to think he only had insane aim but these last few tourneys really changed my opinion he is one of the best right now
If you only learned now that tenz is a smart player then I am sorry but you haven't been watching his games closely, you were just following the community narrative. TenZ has always been a smart player but he is very aggressive with his timings. If he sees an opening, if he sees a trade, if he sees the opportunity to make a play he will take it 100% of the time but obviously sometimes things don't go as you envisioned or may be his prev teammates couldn't keep up with that pace and energy but people would always blame him for it.

Even tenz on jett would take aggressively his timings just wouldn't go his way not because of his teammates necessary but their playstyle the way johnqt calls and his role on omen supports that play style of him
The way he sees an opening and takes it is a one of the best in the world is almost unmatched he sees and reads the game very well
so how is he right you are playing different pace compare to your team and its not like they just randomly just hop on game server they scrim alot so tenz knew playstyle of their team mate and why do you think they switched his role

it's not upto team's playstyle. If you don't take necessary timings you just lose so it's not like a different playstyle would have made them win. He is the type of player that would rather look like a fool than miss the timing and regret it later. You can't win games by sitting in your spawn the whole time. 'PLAY IT SAFE' crowd doesn't understand that.
nah I noticed lot of team either waste their paranoia like on sunset marved was using it to stop a push where as tenz was saving the flash for either retake or to make set plays
also when marved was flanking on that same map he used flash but got insta countered by tenz flash so his flash util was def better than marved that match
tuyz also wasted lot of flash on one instance I remember vs sen on split he just flashes a elbow but no one pushed with that
context is important? for the record, i don't remember these rounds, but if the omen is going to die if they don't stop/slow down a push, then it's definitely worth using--what's the point of saving it if you're going to die?
also, using it at a chokepoint, if your team is almost rotated would be even better than using it for retake, since even if you have a really good retake it's still better to not let them plant at all.
am just saying he doesnt need to play in positions like that when he have to use paranoia to stop the push and after that leave the site and just wait for you team to arrive
if you remember nrg match they were playing heavy a retake so I dont see the point of wasting flash when he can one way and spot and just double tp to get out
and I just rewatched some round where marved saved the paranoia for retake but when he used it again it got insta countered by tenz
