When it’s at 0.1 kb/s, that’s when it’s verifying if any of the received packets were corrupted. Ideally it should go like 10mb/s for like 5 seconds then 1 kb/s for 30 seconds. Most games just lie to you and give a constant speed, but riot client is honest about how the data is being transmitted. If it gets stuck for 1 kb for like 15 mins, it means a packet was prob meant that an important packet couldn’t be resent and was originally corrupted, so I’d recommend restarting the update in that case if pausing it doesn’t work
