Yeah it sucks this happened to him he really wanted to be with kyedae instead of playing the match. This explains why he zoned out in the match he was only thinking about kyedae. Kaplan in their interview after geng also mentioned something happening behind the scenes and Sean Gares showed that moment on stream and mentioned that very specific line as something unusual to be said in a post game meaning something must have happened (which he hypothesized to be maybe someone woke up late and they missed their timing to get to the bus and thus less warm up time thus teammates may get mad and potentially other type of issues like that outside of the game) but now with this kyedae news its much more clear with this context what had happened.
