Pacific fans are extremely delusional... Even the last match when they beat Loud, Loud was using troll comp (putting qck on yoru and cauanzin on breach instead of sova) even then if you look at rating, loud players in general had better stats. America is far superior atm in VCT and we'll prove it tomorrow.

GENG will ban Sunset (their perma)
SEN will ban Ascent
GENG will pick Icebox
SEN will pick Split
GENG will ban Lotus if they prepped for Breeze well enough, or Breeze if they're feeling it
SEN will ban Bind unless they cooked something up for it (unlikely)
Final map will either be Lotus which both teams are really strong on, or Breeze which both teams are mid on. Really depends on GENG here even if SEN get the FP. These are the most likely scenarios btw.
They might, SEN looks worse than GENG on Breeze but they’re both really strong on Lotus. Sometimes only playing to your strengths isn’t the best move. SEN also bans Breeze often whereas GENG have been leaving it open for a while, so there’s that.
I could also see SEN banning out Breeze over Bind too, but I think their confidence in that map has been going downhill after their Yoru tech kept getting exposed.
Edit: Nvm, they're cocky enough to FP Lotus over their own Ascent, which is kinda dumb.
GenG has a decent split.
Both teams have never played each other. There is no reason for them to ban it, just cause SEN has a good record on it. GenG has only lost split again PRX triple duelist, other than that they have had good performance on it.
It would make sense if SEN has owned GenG before but they have never played against each other.
Also SEN hasn't played against any APAC team this year.
