i've done it once along with one of my muslim roommates and i felt exhausted for the whole month, it's crazy to say it doesn't impact you at all, it definitely can depending on the person
i had college classes at 7 am so i had to start cooking at 4 am every day to get a substantial amount of food because i walk 5 miles a day between getting to campus/being on campus
also it's optimal for my body to eat something every few hours, even if it's just a snack, which is why i said it's harder for some
People don't fully realize that even when fasting is done regularly by john like annually, Yet it's still counts as 'trial' for him as a muslim, especially when you have to hold up hunger and thirst while having such an intense work to do that need focus, high maintaining logic, and stressful like esports.
also, fasting in the northern or southern hemisphere is always sucks for that kinda thing, you have to go for like more than 12 hours.
Fasting becomes easy when you do it a lot, like for me I don't feel thirsty or hungry like I did the first time. The only hard part about fasting right now for me is having low energy, like when I have to go to sports practice, I can't practice much as my teammates because I just don't have the energy to.
