why is he now not allowed to watch party intl events??
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_WWhDInNCaM
His ex accused him of some shit and a verdict was never given. Basically everyone in the valorant sphere is ok with it and don’t believe the victim, but a lot of kids here and on tiktok take them very seriously to this date. Therefore there’s a big divide in the community and riot probably got some support tickets from some randoms saying he was watch partying it actively or smthn.
The people treating Sinatraa as guilty, while jerking off every pro player in the community; tarik, s0m, fns, marved, zombs, dapr, xeppa etc as if they shouldn’t be criticised for actively supporting and playing with him are major weirdos ngl. Most of them probably just dislike his persona and weaponises that against him since they show no criticism towards their fave streamers/players for being friends with him
I have better things to do than break down how nearly everything you said is either untrue or inaccurate but ill leave some bulletins
youre not "objective" about shit, youre yapping and disparage a victim
I don’t like sinatraa but you can’t use that google doc as actual proof for rape like everyone keeps saying. The doc mainly just shows how shit a person and boyfriend he was. And that 15 second audio clip which just sounds like some weird role play that she secretly recorded and didn’t release till years later ain’t proper evidence. Don’t you think if he raped her she would’ve broken up with him rather than him breaking up with her months later?
Believe victims cause they wrote a document and provided an audio clip of 5 seconds without any context and didn't proceed to show it in it's entirety is crazy. Objectively that document showed both parties were immature if anything at best. At the end it was a she he said situation that didn't progress anywhere because legitimate proof would stand up well in court. You should never automatically believe one side, it is always imperative to take a look at both sides without bias
I don't believe the audio clips showed anything as they were chopped up and never showed to its full extent. Surely if the entire thing was so incriminating than what is the harm in detailing and showing the full audio clip? Why only 5 seconds. The "believe all victims" is a dangerous mindset and it is entirely why we have a court of law and system where both sides are taken into account. Blindly believing one side without even considering the other is a horrible thing to do in any situation
Facts. From the doc it was obvious both of them were toxic to each other, which shows even her trying to find the stuff that caters to her narrative the best still shows her in a bad light. Imagine if the doc was made from sinatraa then these “evidence” earls would be swapping their sides even though it would quite literally change nothing
FNS often speaks positively about him
i agree you should believe victims, but that is presupposing that she is. i don't know whether she is or not, but what i can tell you is that an audio clip is such weak evidence nowadays, especially with the tools available (AI, cutting) and there's no way of knowing the context etc surrounding it. judging by your downvotes there isn't a 'silent majority'. simply, that it's not generally well liked to label people as things in cases in which all you have heard is a <30s audio clip and an accusation. do i claim that Sinatraa is therefore 'not' a rapist? ofc not. but there is certainly not enough evidence for you to label him as such either.
I’m using it for this specific case because the case was never taken to court
On one hand we have innocent until prove guilty and on the other hand we have statistical chances of a fake accusation
So at the end of the day it’s best to just not have an opinion on this case and let the law/riot do its thing
If 10% of death row inmates are innocent, does it makes sense to execute all of them?
There is a reason why due process exists, so you cannot call Sinatraa a rapist.
However, due to stats, the chance of him being INNOCENT, is not the most likely outcome.
So ultimately, if it isn’t your business, best not to be involved
