flor has better aim and comms than asuna, but less experience and worse decision taking
with good coach/igl she for sure has the potential to play T1
that’s why flor needs to go to T2 first to acquire some experience, she ain’t going nowhere with mel and effy (not saying they are bad, but still)
just imagine flor being able to play with high experienced players/coach.. we all know she was enough power to outaim 90% of T1

yes, this is very relevant since many people in the scene have brought up that there is no real incentive to leave GC to go to T2.

Why would someone who is actually getting a stable salary, take a massive risk to go compete for no money, with the risk of being changed out after a few bad performances or having your team just collapse, while having a ton of people just praying on your downfall?

It makes no sense and that is an issue that has been brought up frequently about Riot's idea of the GC to T2 to T1 pipeline.
