i dont think there as any new strats. it was just pure igl diff. johnqt and zellsis read nrg like a book. most of th time nrg attacked the site which was stacked. no fakes from nrg. aim diffed from tenz zach john, spray diff from sacy and zellsis. in simple words it was a team diff. the guy diff in fns's words. no depth in ethans igl whatsoever
Chet thought he could outsmart Kaplan. Little did he realise that he was a fraud and that FNS carried him last season. He found out that semen1 was also a fraud and that whatever he did he just could not beat JohnQt and also that Zekken hard cleared semen1 and it took Tenz less than a year to outclass their world class omen Marved.
of course they were better, who's arguing? i am not downplaying their achievements, they're currently the best team.
I'm just saying that it's not the final NRG form. demon1 was playing very bad and he is their main carry. he whiffed A LOT shots, some OP shots, hard whiff on Tenz at sunset A main, guardian on Long on Ascent and so on. maybe its you need to rewatch the vods kid.
he was playing horribly, and yet they still managed to dominate SEN on Ascent and almost won on Sunset, insane TenZ's 3k kept them alive. after that, you CAN'T really talk about "outclassing" and "fraud" because its delusional.
i'm also a SEN fan, but let's be real
This is the real semen1. The one you saw in champs was a fluke. He played mid for EG before champs and in regional matches. I am not calling him a fraud based on this performance. He has been a fraud and so is Chet. If it wasn't for FNS chet would never have been in the t1 scene after 2023. LEV and 100T have better chance of beating SEN than NRG in the future.
Umm look lemme tell you what happened, it all went wrong in the map veto, they expected SEN to ban icebox, but SEN went with breeze, now NRG probably wasnt ready for icebox either, they expected the map picks to be something like, ascent breeze sunset/split, but ig chet and NRG were unprepared for lotus and split, it was stupid to pick split man, Split is literally SENTINELS playground, they destroyed every team on SPLIT, Chet didnt cook honestly, even though they had so many split VODs i saw no strats man they were looking like plats out there, pushing a ramp without skye dog or flash against tenz, yeah man still hope they come back stronge, GOOD LUCK
they needed to take way more space, you can't play a closed post-plant without a cypher. also they were missing out on every trade since the post plant was so uncomfortable. NRG need quite a bit more time, imo they should've lost sunset much more convincingly, winning both pistols and a bonus but still going even is not really convincing to me.
