Not claiming anything but I slightly lean towards the idea that APAC Region has the toughest ranked players mechanically. Jing, Forsaken, and Something all agreed that radiant lobbies in NA were too easy and that they just W key it all throughout. This got backed up by Yay's Valorant Tracker after moving to APAC.

Actually it's well known that EU has the best players mechanically. CSGO mechanically is harder and most of the EU players have CS background
Rank up wise its Mumbai and its not even close.

Mumbai is so easy if you get a decent enough team. The players are so dogshit most times. At least everyone's trynna comm that's the only good thing
Mumbai has specific timings when you get good players. Play in the perfect slot and communication makes you radient
Well basically if you play by around 7 in the morning you start getting good teammates. Then there's a break where the bad devils join in at around 10-11. Again you start at around 6 till 9 (sometimes even 10 works!) After if you have friends to play with (5 Stack) you will get the easiest enemies of all!
Its probably apac tbh, language barrier so everyone is just super good mechanically instead. I don't include sydney servers in apac because sydney is too easy

Maybe sg or hk? Apac has the highest density of pros in radiant so probably either of the 2 servers
Well I would say Mumbai has the toughest silver lobbies than any other servers (couldn't explore more ranks so have a limited range experience :))
I've played in both apac and Eu before i got south Africa and i have to say apac is much tougher. These Japanese players are insane i couldn't go past imm2 in apac maybe because of the higher ping but the players were insane
Hong Kong and Illinois
I mostly played in Singapore and got to asc 3 but when I got back to NA I couldn't get past Asc 2
Whenever I played on Hong Kong though I'd always run into 3-4 players with aimbot (idk if hyperbole or real), I think I had 20% winrate on HK.
Either Chinese and Thai pros smurf all the time or NA and EMEA are doomed once these kids go pro
na server is hard for a completely different reason. frttt played on eu, na, br and jp and said jp was the hardest by far so prob asia, idk which country tho
